A training course in the field of construction financing, what should that bring me?

What do I experience in practice?

Many of my customers want more information in advance about what to expect. Also how I recognize good financing advice.

In the training courses for those who are interested, I therefore explain the following facts:

• What should a construction financing consultation contain (conversation process and content such as household bills).
• The basic terms and the structure of construction financing (total costs, equity, financing volume, etc.).
• Which documents do banks usually expect (from ID cards to extracts from the land register, etc.).
• Individual questions from the participants on the subject of construction financing.

I am also happy to offer you training on the subject of construction financing on a fee basis.

The price per participant for the aforementioned training is EUR 99.00 including the legally applicable VAT. The training is currently being conducted online and lasts a maximum of 2 x 3 school hours (1 school hour 45 minutes).
