Document preparation
Sometimes it is a tangle with all these documents what is needed for construction financing. I will help you to prepare your documents so that they can be forwarded to the financial institution as quickly as possible. I would also be happy to help you to obtain any missing documents, such as extracts from the land register, real estate register, etc.
Construction financing training courses
At regular intervals, I also conduct training courses for interested parties who want to find out more about the subject of mortgage lending, the process of mortgage lending advice, the basic terms, etc.
How can I do this, for over 20 years I have been supporting banks in setting up their mortgage lending processes, school intermediaries and mortgage lending consultants in the area of residential real estate credit guidelines and in solution-oriented sales talks. For more than 2 years I have also been working for the IHK in Mannheim as an examiner in the area of § 34i real estate loan brokers.
