Document preparation

As I said, sometimes it is a tangle with all these documents that is required for construction financing.

Many of my customers want help with this. Be it the compilation of documents and sorting them in a folder or the creation of documents. What does the creation of documents mean here, well it happens again and again that with older properties z. B. no living space calculation is available. I am happy to develop these for my customers by prior arrangement. In new buildings in particular, there are often documents such as B. the creation of a helper list which is time-consuming.

Or there are no current extracts from the land register, site plans from the land register office for the property, I would be happy to help with the procurement.
